The chairman of Sporting, Filipe Soares Franco, was confronted by a group of shareholders leoninos after the elimination of UEFA Cup, in the home defeat (0-2) facing the Glasgow Rangers.
The leader was in the Hall of Vip Alvalade Stadium, when, soon after the end of the meeting, was approached by a member. They were followed by a few more, trying to find explanations for a sad farewell competition.
Soares Franco, responded aggressively and, later confronted by the media, avoided go up in comments on the subject. Certainly that would be only a dozen members leoninos, but the incident has not passed unnoticed by anyone.
