The Sporting will face the Glasgow Rangers, Scotland, in the semi-finals of the UEFA Cup. The Lions play the first outside the home, on April 3, and receive the Scots on the second hand, in the Alvalade Stadium, April 10.
During the draw held earlier, have already been defined the pairings for the semi-finals of the competition. Therefore if to overcome the Glasgow Rangers, Sporting will face the winner of the duel between Fiorentina and PSV Eindhoven.
The Getafe, executioner of Benfica in the UEFA Cup, will face the main favorite to conquer the trophy, while Bayer Leverkusen play with the Zenit of St. Petersburg.
