F.C. Porto won the classic with Sporting in the sixth round of the Portuguese League, the "Dragons" beat the rival by 1-0. Radamel Falcao was the only goal after just three minutes.

The Colombian also missed a penalty committed by Anderson Polga and worth the expulsion of central Brazil, by double yellow.
